This legendary fanzine should appeal to those who lived in and around the
reggae scene in London in the 70s. Penny Reel's bibulous articles crackle
with the ambience of Babylon pavement, for greenhorns however his amazonian
rambles may leave them non plussed, the politics of the day having long
since faded from consciousness. Not recommended for those seeking hard
information on labels and artists but intriguing for its critique of the
downpressed times. Few photographs, dense tracts of text and a minimalist
layout.
